Time taken to process the transportation application form for transport under purview Department Of General Administration is within:
- 1 – 3 working days within Kuantan Area
- 4 – 7 working days within Pahang
- 7 – 14 working days outside Pahang
- Except for emergency cases (to follow SOP in placed in SASMEC @IIUM Department Management Minute Meeting No.4/2022)
- Memo payment for Touch & Go and fuel “SmartPay” to be submitted to Department of Finance within 7 working days starting from the date of invoice received.

- To supply stationeries and office supplies
- Procurement of stationeries and office supplies
- To ensure the development and completion of unit’s project
- Secretariat for SASMEC @IIUM Department Management Meeting
- - To facilitate the SASMEC @IIUM transport application especially for:
- i) Transporting staff for training/ outreach programmes/ official matters.
- ii) Transporting goods/ consumables/ medications/ drugs from/to other hospitals or designated places.
- iii) As a support for the operation of the hospital; such as transporting blood collection or laboratory samples from/to other hospitals or designated places.
- iv) Driving Van Jenazah especially for COVID-19 bodies.
- v) Buggy services
- - To monitor on the maintenance and services of the SASMEC @IIUM official transport.
- - To monitor on the payment of fuel and reload of touch & go
- - To assign driver’s duty and job assignment the driver schedule and buggy schedule every month.
- To manage incoming and outgoing calls.
- Keep updating the directory of the staff.
- To provide information regarding hospital to caller regarding the hospital general procedures or appointment.
- - To facilitate the SASMEC @IIUM venue booking application for:
- i) Auditorium
- ii) Seminar Room at Level 4
- iii) Open Area at Level 4
- - To ensure the facilities are in good condition.
- Monitoring in central filling.
- Processing the application for disposal record for administration
